Position Overview:
The Manager, Marketing Analytics is responsible for delivering insights from data and reporting to the rest of the Marketing and Go-To-Market leadership teams. You will be responsible for influencing and informing marketing strategy and decision making by gathering, analyzing, and socializing metrics and insights.

Collect and analyze data from Digital and Product Marketing, Sales, Channels, Finance, and Product teams to identify targeted areas for action and quantify costs.
Translate data into insights that can lead the rest of the marketing and go-to-market organization.
Establish reporting views and procedures for tracking performance of operational metrics at Marketing all hands meetings.
Assist in design and development marketing data mart ecosystem in conjunction with data engineer and other team members. Develop a reporting layer across raw data sources as necessary.
Develop funnel and attribution related reporting using Tableau.
Track and report on implementation progress of initiatives previously approved by the senior leadership team.
Prepare monthly memos to the senior leadership team to identify organizational roadblocks and communicate progress on active initiatives.
Create communications plans for sharing details on new projects and initiatives with Marketing team members.
Coordinate the quarterly and annual Marketing goal setting process.
Proactively explores data to deeply understand the prospect, partner, and customer experiences with respect to Marketing and overall Go-To-Market activities.
Support cross-functional projects with ad hoc analyses and development.
Requirements:
BA/BS bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in business intelligence / reporting / analytics
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
3+ years of experience with SQL
2+ years of experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Looker, etc.
2+ years of experience with data warehouse concepts and ETL/ELT
2-3 years driving insights with analytics leveraging a deep understanding of the details of how data is created and is used to solve business problems.
Ability to communicate cross-functionally (both verbally and written) to share analysis insights with stakeholders across the organization.
A systems thinker who understands the impact that decisions can have both up and downstream and is familiar with how different parts of the business operate and connect to each other.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set and adhere to deadlines and move projects forward with minimal supervision.
An individual who thrives in ambiguity and project-based work that will change frequently, depending on the needs of the company.
Strong results-driven project management skills, detail orientation and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
History of cross-functional collaboration with teams such as sales, finance, analytics and product
Experience with digital marketing and digital analytics tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience presenting in front of senior leadership teams.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
