Job Summary:

The Security Systems Project Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will manage security systems related projects from inception to implementation of all size and complexity including but not limited to new office builds, system maintenance, software upgrades, and technology deployments. This role oversees vendor and project team performance and ensures effective stakeholder communication and support.

Essential Functions:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of security systems related projects including new office builds, system maintenance, software upgrades, and technology deployments.

  • Oversee teams of vendors, their performance management, workload balancing, and standardization of execution methods.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure the successful delivery of all assigned projects.

  • Coordinate budgeting, execution for capital expenditures, and invoices approvals.

  • Provide technical leadership to the other team members.

  • Lend advise and support to key stakeholders regarding technical security requirements.

  • Proactively identify process gaps and be comfortable making suggestions for improvement in service as well as openly participate in team discussions.

  • Update and implement standards, policies, and procedures for device security throughout the normal course of business.

  • Maintain close coordination, planning, communication, and regular direct liaison with teams around all aspects of the product life cycle of security initiatives.

  • Accurately and consistently document and communicate changes in processes.

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and inquiries under tight deadlines.

  • All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree with at least three years of security systems related project delivery and management experience. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work flexible hours to attend meetings across multiple time zones.

Salary & Benefits Information:

Rate of pay: $150000 – 180000 / year.
