Job Description
Norstella is looking for a Sales Development Representative as part of our high-growth Commercial team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, and through tactical execution of account based marketing campaigns and activities.
To be successful in this role, you will use your communication and collaboration skills to cultivate strong relationships with potential customers and Norstella’s Account Executives. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you to launch your sales career.

Responsibilities
Generate interest in Norstella products by relentlessly prospecting via phone, email, and social applications
Identify and document prospects’ needs, expectations and priorities to foster long-term business relationships
Conduct outbound campaigns to support sales events and other marketing activities
Identify and qualify sales opportunities for the sales team
Continuously learn and adapt to achieve success on a collaborative team
Partner with marketing to accelerate account based demand generation and ensure success of marketing campaigns, events and conferences
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-starter who:
Fearlessly prospects via phone, email and social channels
Works collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment
Manages time effectively, adopts new tools, and continuously improves
Operate with urgency, unwavering persistence, and a passion for getting the job done
Requirements
BA/BS Degree required
Prior success in a sales development or business development role not required, but a plus
Experience in a sales or marketing capacity a plus
Drive- operates with a sense of urgency, strong resilience and grit
Prioritizes Team-recognizes that businesses build not through single individuals but via teams and systems; prioritizes building a culture that enables a high performing selling team
Desire to Learn Sales & Business- thinks in methodologies and processes which help with the ongoing build of systems that enable teams
Integrity- operates with a high level of ethics and communicates with honesty and transparency, even with unpopular news
Learning Agility- the ability to consume new learnings, conceptualize and iterate behavior quickly

Travel: As required, 25 to 30%

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
