Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Product Owner for a contract position with our client in Minneapolis, MN

As a Product Owner at Fulcrum Consulting, you will be a key team member responsible for continuously delivering value to our customers through compelling and empowering experiences. With a focus on alignment with the client's priorities and overall product roadmap, this role demands a minimum of 4 years of experience in product ownership, alongside a deep commitment to innovation and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a vital member of a cross-functional team, driving continuous value delivery through customer-centric experiences.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders, ensuring work prioritization aligns with organizational priorities and the product roadmap.

• Lead the innovation and evolution of the product in line with strategic priorities.

• Create, maintain, and evolve the product roadmap.

• Manage the product backlog, including the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize stories to focus on those with maximum business value.

• Ensure stories effectively communicate customer and stakeholder needs to meet key business objectives.

• Be available for agile team planning and grooming sessions.

• Coordinate with other product teams/owners to align product roadmaps and sprint plans, maximizing business value delivery.

• Ensure alignment of the agile team around similar goals and objectives, participating in all team meetings.

• Regularly engage with customers and users to identify both implicit and explicit needs.

• Develop and track key metrics to measure product discovery effectiveness and overall performance, communicating these to stakeholders and business leaders.

• Foster a sense of urgency, leveraging resources to overcome challenges, and inspire others to achieve high performance and goals while committing to the organization’s direction in Product, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner.

• Experience with client identity apps (ForgeRock, Oracle, Cognito, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability in developing business cases, roadmaps, and product execution strategies.

• Proficiency in prioritizing work in alignment with enterprise, division, and product strategies.

• Expertise in defining high-quality business requirements and Agile story writing.

• Experience with product management tools and principles across discovery, design, build, release, and measure cycles.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience in motivating teams.

• Proven experience in user interface design and usability best practices.

• Experience in managing large, complex organizational initiatives.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint is preferred

• Preferred Product Owner Certification

• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Colorado Pay Range:20 - 125/per Hour
