Position Overview

The Enterprise Applications Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product vision through managing backlog work and optimizing the value of the product to meet the strategic direction of all Stakeholders. This role focuses on driving outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders across the entire organization.

• Manage and prioritize product backlog requests and communicate status to key stakeholders and Senior Management.

• Perform requirements gathering and create thorough User Stories to advise on application solutions that support the strategic direction of Program roadmaps.

• Work with the team to estimate project timeframes and set different delivery milestones for the stakeholders.

• Drive business analysis through considering stakeholder needs with a view of the capabilities of the platform.

• Provide leadership for strategic enhancements that result in improved productivity, increased efficiencies, as well as enhanced scalability and security

• Drive continual product improvements and program strategy to inform the product roadmap with new ideas based on ongoing user requests, competitive capabilities, and ERP innovations

• Proactively collaborate with multiple teams to ensure all dependencies are identified, coordinated, planned and delivered for a successful product delivery

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. CPA or MBA preferred.

• 5-7 years proven experience as a Program Manager/Administrator or other managerial position.

• Strong working knowledge of business intelligence tools, Power BI preferred.

• Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics software (Snowflake, SQL, Google Analytics).

• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated delivery leadership experience with process automation tools and programs

• Collaborative approach to decision making on teams, including ability to influence without direct line of reporting

• Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership skills – must be able to work confidently and effectively with multiple departments and levels within the company

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $100,000- $125,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here (https://rise.articulate.com/share/NWT-xukAz2nsMapN3L3TSRXfxzBGrFh_#/) .
