CTG Application Developer JD Edwards in Remote, United States

CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer – JD Edwards position for our client in Georgetown, KY.

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Duties:

  • Lead and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) upgrade projects, including tools release upgrades and technical impact analysis.

  • Collaborate with CNC teams to ensure smooth execution of system upgrades and configurations.

  • Utilize JD Edwards Orchestrator, UX One, UDOs, AIS Server, and other EnterpriseOne R25 features to enhance system functionality.

  • Implement security best practices, perform retrofitting, and manage system administration tasks.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless integration with other applications.

  • Work closely with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery and effective communication.

  • Engage with stakeholders, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills:

  • Expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), with at least 10+ years of experience.

  • Strong background in JD Edwards E1 9.2 full-cycle upgrades (minimum of two).

  • Hands-on experience with JDE CNC, security, system administration, and retrofitting.

  • Deep understanding of JDE Orchestrator, UX One, UDOs, and other EnterpriseOne R25 capabilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive mindset.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) experience.

  • Proven track record of leading and supporting JDE E1 upgrade projects.

  • Experience collaborating with offshore teams and ensuring seamless project execution.

  • Prior experience in an onsite-offshore delivery model is required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Travel:

  • The candidate must be willing to travel to the client location in Georgetown, KY, for approximately 3-4 weeks throughout the engagement duration.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55/hour to $58/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market conditions, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
