Developex is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager on advisory terms with a high expertise in account and process management in the IT outsourcing industry. Upon mutual interest and workload availability, there is a possibility of collaboration on a more permanent basis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the IT services field with account management in outsourcing/outstaffing projects involving the development of motivational and bonus systems;

• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;

• Higher education (preferably technical or economic);

• Excellent communication skills with clients and the ability to transform client needs into proposals;

• Proactive approach to problem-solving;

• Ability to report and plan work;

• Active participation in the development of new products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Development and optimization of account management processes;

• Identification and analysis of process effectiveness, workload, and requirements;

• Calculation of rewards and bonuses for account managers;

• Management of short-term and long-term projects in the field of outsourcing and outstaffing.
