TEKsystems Help Desk Technician in Remote, Oregon

Description:

This is a traditional tier 1 helpdesk opening. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting end users in common IT issues such as password resets, network connectivity, adding and removing access within Active Directory, experience remote troubleshooting and more. There are about 200 end users this person will be supporting on a team of 3. They utilize IssueTrak as their ticketing system and need someone who has worked with ticketing systems. Additioally, since this position is primarily remote, they will need someone with excellent communication and someone who is very reliable. The teams splits into shifts to support during bank hours. This person will work 2 of the 3 following shifts.... 8 am - 12pm 12 pm - 4 pm 4 pm - 8 pm Need to be able to support all shifts, but will only work 8 hours per day.

Citrix experience would be ideal as they utilize this as their VDI tool. Any experience supporting other VDI tools will be fine as well.
