Clearco Partnerships Manager in Remote, Ontario

The Account Manager - Partnerships will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to managing accounts, ensuring partners are engaged, informed, and satisfied with our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the small business lending landscape.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Develop and execute strategies to strengthen existing partnerships
Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates on products, services, and promotions
Schedule weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings
Conduct regular review meetings with partners to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations
Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and promotional activities
Organize and participate in partner events, webinars, and conferences to strengthen relationships and increase brand awareness
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to internal teams
Identify opportunities for improvement and growth within each partnership
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and biz-ops teams to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives
Coordinate with the customer support team to address any partner-related issues promptly and effectively
Provide feedback from partners to help shape product development and marketing strategies
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for partnerships
Conduct market research to support the development of new partner programs and initiatives
You will thrive if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the financial services or small business lending industry
Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships
Strong understanding of small business lending products and services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
