Position Summary:

The Global Program Management Director will be responsible for overseeing and running complex, multi-disciplinary programs that span across multiple regions/sites. This role requires critical thinking, outstanding leadership, and the ability to manage individuals at all levels. The Global Program Management Director will work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Program & Project Management Office, Site GMs, Quality Project Lead) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and plans in alignment with the company’s global goals.

  • Lead and run multiple global programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including quality, operations, to achieve program objectives.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with collaborators, including customers, partners, and internal team members.

  • Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and other collaborators.

  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the program team.

  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects at the sites

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers, customers, and collaborators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on global or multinational programs.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators at all levels.

  • Excellent Program Management skills

  • Extensive Customer orientation

  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
