The Role

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled UX Developer with strong design capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating digital products that offer excellent user experiences by combining research, design, and technical skills. The role involves developing user-centered designs, creating prototypes and wireframes, conducting usability testing, and iterating on designs based on user feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and Analysis:

  2. Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.

  3. Develop prototypes and wireframes to visualize the user journey.

  4. Perform usability testing to iterate designs for optimal user satisfaction.

  5. Design and Interaction:

  6. Focus on every aspect of digital product development, including design, usability, functionality, branding, and marketing.

  7. Utilize wireframes and prototypes as essential tools to design user-centric digital products.

  8. Ensure that designs are user-friendly and meet user expectations.

  9. User-Centric Approach:

  10. Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously refine designs.

  11. Advocate for the user’s needs throughout the product development process.

  12. Collaboration and Communication:

  13. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient product development.

  14. Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

  • Experience with Material UI, React, and agile software development methodologies.

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping software.

  • Design Skills:

  • Expertise in user interface design, graphic design, and digital web design.

  • Strong background in user experience (UX) design, with a focus on creating intuitive and accessible products.

  • Experience:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or enterprise design software is a plus.

  • Proven track record of designing cloud-based products for healthcare or other industry-specific applications.

  • Tools and Platforms:

  • Experience with agile project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design and development.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX projects and design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on healthcare products or other specialized industry applications.

  • Familiarity with front-end development and the ability to translate designs into code.
