Job Description Summary

Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts.

  • In-depth understanding of key business divers; uses this understanding to accomplish work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • In-Depth knowledge

  • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Customer Reliability. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

  • 10+ years in the Power, Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals Industry with core experience in Rotating & Stationary Equipment Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Installation & Commissioning. Hands on experience in Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Refurbishment/Repairs & Condition Monitoring, for Rotating and Stationary Assets including Gas Turbines (Frames & Aeros ), Turbo Compressors, Steam Turbines, Diesel Engines, HRSGs/Boilers, Pumps…etc.
