Role description

The opportunity

Unity Technologies is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive innovation, growth and new business opportunities with the team of Field Sales Reps across the Industrial vertical for our EMEA region. The Senior Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director EMEA and lead the Sales Team focusing on Industry customers across EMEA at Enterprise level. Your ability as a visionary thought Sales leader paired with being able to execute on strategic directions will ensure the sustained success of the team.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and inspire a team of Field Sales Reps to over-achieve against our objectives, coaching your team to embrace a growth mindset

  • Reporting, forecasting, understanding the health of your sales funnel, making decisions and communicating with data will be essential to your success and will be part of your leadership DNA.

  • Interface closely with key internal & external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to accelerate both revenue and strategic value across multiple verticals.

  • Creatively thinking and shaping our strategy including pricing, product, and market strategies

  • Guide and manage prospect research, develop repeatable sales plays and building activity for the different Manufacturing industries across the EMEA region. Taking charge of executing a repeatable process for hiring and onboarding additional team members and delivering ongoing training on sales prospecting, email outreach, and outbound calling

What we're looking for

  • Very strong coaching and mentoring skills including the ability to develop people

  • Experience and expertise in managing and leading a team in a sales environment

  • Results driven, good financial acumen and business management skills

  • Deep understanding of Industry customers needs ideally a background in the software/technology market selling to enterprise accounts at c-level. Building on a passion for how real time 3D / AR and VR will transform Enterprise customers

  • The ability to empower a team and individuals to work to and achieve monthly and quarterly and annual sales targets

You might also have

  • Excels in a fast paced, dynamic and international environments

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, CLARI and other sales systems

  • Willingness to travel at least 30%
