Otis is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Support Associate to contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of the Sales Center of Expertise (COE) and support the work of our service sales representatives and mechanics at our local branches. This is a great opportunity to enter the sales function and develop product and industry knowledge.

What you’ll do:

• Proposal generation for field mechanics, sales representatives, maintenance supervisors, and customers

• Contributing to the accuracy of the sales system (CRM) by updating customer information, removing duplicate proposals, and updating outdated proposals

• Working with the sales team to update documents and overall processes

• Assisting new employees (mechanics, supervisors, sales representatives) to better understand the Service Sales Associate (SSA) program through training and orientation sessions

• Ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner

• This position is 100% remote.

You should have:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales or customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French preferred but not required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure

• CRM experience preferred

• Otis proposal experience and elevator industry knowledge are preferred, but not required

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
