Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an individual with a proactive approach and ambition to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Enablement Specialist. This role offers an opportunity to support our extraordinary recruitment team and give significantly to our talent acquisition strategies.

A Day In the Life:

  • Deliver first line support through ticketing system for TA inquiries across the spectrum of TA systems, policies, processes etc. - around 80 % of the time.

  • Work closely with recruiters and coordinators to understand their daily processes and find opportunities for improvement or efficiencies.

  • Handle a fast-paced environment, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under short time constraints.

  • Passion for building efficient processes and system experiences to streamline recruitment operations.

  • Support onboarding of new talent acquisition team members, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration.

  • Act as an experienced resource for the colleague referral program, implementing strategies to increase participation and drive successful referrals.

  • Develop use-case-based test scripts crafted to assure quality and coordinate the completion of testing across distributed team members.

  • Assist in ensuring the organization's recruitment processes follow GDPR regulations when handling and storing candidate data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar subject area or equivalent experience.

  • Showed skill in using Workday, allowing for a seamless transition into the role.

  • At least one year of experience working in Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems or HR Technology.

  • Strong digital literacy using MS products, particularly Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Apps and PowerPoint.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience in customer service or technical troubleshooting.
