The Stakeholder Engagement Manager cultivates and maintains a strong relationships with the stakeholder community in alignment with the services and capabilities delivered by our Enterprise IT program. You will lead and assist in active and planned project efforts and help address any issues and problems impacting the external stakeholders.

You will lead and perform strategic planning on the best ways to engage stakeholders as services and capabilities are extended across the user community.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Learn, support, and engage in CACI’s Enterprise IT services and capabilities to effectively communicate the new service offerings, delivery timelines, operational impact as well as improvements and benefits.

  • Provide management oversight, scheduling and coordination of designated program activities or project efforts.

  • Service as a primary EITaaS point of contact (POC) for the defined stakeholders to set and mange expectations, proactively communicate plans and schedule, and identify and address risks, issues, and opportunities.

  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with appropriate POCs within external organizations.

  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure effective documentation and escalation n procedures are in place to support stakeholder mission needs.

  • Coordinate with the ITSMO, Program Management, and operations leadership to formalize Associate Contractor Agreements (ACAs) and/or Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) where appropriate.

  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and opportunities

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance

  • 10+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor’s degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).

  • 10+ years of experience working and/or supporting in an Air Force IT environment

  • Experience managing customer relationships at strategic and tactical levels.

  • Business analysis to identify and refine technical and process requirements.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise-level ITSM technologies

  • Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives

  • Ability to work effectively with a group or independently.

  • Ability to effectively manage several tasks simultaneously.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,800-$191,000
