Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Reidsville, NC

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal fabrication and the ability to work with precision. This role requires interpreting blueprints, precise measurement skills, and the ability to set up and operate a press brake machine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and work orders to understand the specifications and requirements.

• Measure materials using a tape measure down to the 32nd of an inch for accuracy.

• Set up and operate the press brake machine to bend, notch, punch, form rolls, arc, or straighten metal plates or sheet metal and structural shapes.

• Inspect and verify the dimensions of parts with measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance on the press brake machinery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in custom metal fabrication.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams.

• Familiarity with using a tape measure to precise measurements.

• Demonstrated ability to set up and operate a press brake machine.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
