Product Manager

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Product Group Manager to lead a group of Product Managers that are responsible to initiate & drive the product roadmap with an in-depth understanding of customer technology and its translation to new capabilities needs to be part of the system performance envelope.

Our Group :

The product management group is responsible to define and drive the roadmap of a leading Ebeam defect control products in the semiconductor industry and the required development needed to make sure the short and long-term business requirements are met.

What you'll * be doing* :

• Lead a group ofProduct managers.

• Work with senior business group management to Initiate and lead the best product roadmap.

• End to end responsibilityfor making sure the product defined, developed & implementedmeetscustomer expectations & needs.

• Aspire for data driven decisions. As such, make sure the relevant data collected, analyzed, and concluded to the right decisions which drive product roadmap to the meet its short&longterm targets.

What you should have?

• BSc in engineeringor other exact science

• Minimum 5 yearsof management experience

• Minimum 5 years ofexperienceas product manager / system engineer / solution architect.

• Experience in matrix management of cross-functional teams

• Experience in the semiconductors market – Advantage

• Experience with Ebeam technology – Advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew/English
