Job Duties and Qualifications

Requisitos

• Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública y Finanzas o afín.

• Experiencia minima de 2 años en el area de finanzas.

• Conocimiento en cierre de mes, facturacion de servicios y cuentas por cobrar.

• Conocimiento en manejo de SAP

• Ingles intermedio.

  Responsabilidades

• Bajo supervisión directa, el Especialista en Procesos OTC respalda el flujo de valor y la función de Oportunidad a Efectivo (OTC), que incluye procesos comerciales de extremo a extremo para aliviar y procesar las ventas hasta el cumplimiento y la facturación de bienes/servicios.

• Este rol trabajará en Desarrollo Comercial (Precios y Contratos o Propuestas y Cotizaciones) u Operaciones (Gestión de Órdenes de Venta o Facturación).

• El titular crea, edita, administra y valida datos internos y de clientes de OTC y documentos del sistema con atención a los detalles, la precisión y la puntualidad. Se comunica con el equipo y los clientes internos.
