We are seeking an experienced Product Management Director to join our Payables team within Oracle Cloud ERP. This role will play a pivotal role in leveraging partnerships with banking, logistics, and digital service providers to embed their services seamlessly within Oracle Cloud ERP, automating and streamlining B2B transactions, end-to-end for over 45 thousand customers globally. This role will focus on defining experiences for embedded banking and payment services, touchless expenses, automated supply chain and customer financing, and virtual cards for supplier payments and will collaborate closely with application developers, quality control, release, and support organizations throughout the development lifecycle.

You are comfortable jumping in with IT and technical teams to resolve issues and find options. You are equally capable of presenting product strategy to VP and senior executives.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or MBA.

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP product management or consulting and implementation.

  • Hands-on experience designing products and features and creating user experiences.

  • Demonstrated experience in designing mobile applications, chatbots, and natural language processing, machine learning, and API-based technologies.

  • Strong ability to translate financials strategy into crisp business process maps, activities, tasks, and business requirements.

  • Strong technical knowledge to translate product requirements to solution components.

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and analytical skills, including initiative proposals, strategy presentations, functional solution approach, user stories, and test cases.

  • Outstanding communication with VP-level executives to convey functional and technical concepts with simplicity and clarity.

What will you do as a Director, Product Management at Oracle?

  • You will understand the big picture while obsessing over the details, you will immerse yourself in planning, design, and execution. You will take accountability for delivering an experience that delights our customers.

  • You will lead your team in ideation, design, prioritization, and delivery by providing design direction and creative input and prioritizing the right problem to solve and setting the right timeline to meet.

  • You will write the strategy proposal, define functional architecture, write and review product requirements, designs, user stories, and test cases to ensure quality team deliverables to the scrum teams.

  • You will collaborate with other product managers, engineers, user experience designers, quality engineers, information developers, and support engineers to deliver product features. You will challenge decisions that prevent you from delivering the best experience to our customers.

  • You will partner with fellow UX managers to formulate and refine visual experiences. You will provide critical design feedback to arrive at the best user experience.

  • You will collaborate with support teams to ensure successful uptake of the product and business continuity for customers.

  • You will work with a diverse and geographically dispersed team in various time zones.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $130,000 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
