Robert Half Customer Service Coordinator in Redondo Beach, California

Description We are offering an opportunity for a diligent and customer-oriented individual to join our team in the role of a Customer Service Representative. The role is based in Redondo Beach, California, and it involves providing top-notch service to executives being relocated by their companies across the United States and overseas. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training to understand our systems, customers, service products, and our nationwide network of contractors and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with transferees via phone, text, and email in accordance with the company's communication process

• Selecting and assigning service delivery resources, and communicating the unique needs of each individual job

• Handling schedule changes with the relocating family, service delivery team, and Primary Coordinator at the RMC/Mover

• Updating and receiving updates from the Primary Coordinator at our RMC and Moving Company partners as needed

• Managing job margins by reviewing bills from contractors and completing billing packages to go to CSS

• Responding to and resolving service issues in coordination with your Team Leader and Manager

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as part of customer service

• Performing data entry tasks and managing email correspondence efficiently

• Using Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks

• Coordinating order entries and scheduling appointments as needed

• Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work closely with co-workers

• Availability to respond to occasional inquiries from customers and vendors during evenings and/or weekends. Requirements • Possess at least one year of experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Demonstrated experience in call center customer service

• Proficient in data entry and order entry tasks

• Experience with email correspondence and scheduling appointments

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Must have a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
