Description

We are offering a contract opportunity for a UX Researcher that is 100% Remote. This role involves working with various teams and stakeholders to conduct innovative generative and evaluative research to assist in product design and better understand user experiences. You will be joining a team that supports design and product teams to build meaningful experiences in the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out generative and evaluative research to support product design and user experiences

• Collaborate with product and design teams across the organization

• Contribute to foundational research projects that cut across different products

• Provide insightful research to expand knowledge across different product spaces

• Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures

• Maintain confidentiality and security requirements in all assignments

• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to deliver on project objectives

• Drive, conduct, and collaborate on user research to clarify and gain better understanding of the needs and desires of the target users

Requirements

• MA/MS in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, OR significant industry experience.

• 2-4 years of product design research experience, with proficiency in various methodologies such as usability studies, heuristic evaluations, user journey maps, competitive analysis, etc..

• Ability to analyze research data quickly and present clear, actionable insights to influence product design.

• Comfortable with challenging research questions and creating concrete study plans.

• Eager to learn about AI and quickly understand its technical aspects and user bases.

• Quantitative background preferred for asking innovative questions in challenging areas.
