Job Description Responsible for leading and directly supervising 24 x 7 system operations in providing restoration and emergency updates and information to internal key customers, including researching and responding to inquiries. Works closely with customers, other departments, and agencies to resolve customer issues. Participates in collaborative efforts to improve processes, procedures, meet SQIs (Service Quality Index) and other key performance indicators and corporate goals.
