Job Description Responsible for leading and directly supervising 24 x 7 system operations in providing restoration and emergency updates and information to internal key customers, including researching and responding to inquiries. Works closely with customers, other departments, and agencies to resolve customer issues. Participates in collaborative efforts to improve processes, procedures, meet SQIs (Service Quality Index) and other key performance indicators and corporate goals. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations. Ensures all work performed is compliant with state and federal regulations, NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) standards, PSE operating standards, field procedures, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Coordinates with EFR (Electric First Response), service providers, and engineers on emergency restoration efforts. Establishes and maintains effective work relationships with internal and external clients, including service providers. Provides distribution system technical expertise with decision making, issue resolution/problem solving, and work schedules. Facilitates the use of the OMS through report generation, problem resolution, and extraction of data. Works with internal groups, to determine data needs, and the production of data and system reports. Provides daily audits of OMS to ensure data integrity and data clean up. Distributes outage and operations reports, including the Daily Vital Signs reports. Participates in testing of system enhancements. Investigates system logs and operation tools to resolve complex issues. Supports the development of system enhancements and process improvements. Provides computer a
