The Business Acceleration Solutions (BAS) team's mission is to drive key business results for D365 Business Applications and Power Platform. Leveraging the strength of the D365 gross margin (GM), the BAS team will focus on driving Strategic Initiatives to deliver accelerated growth and deep dive to deliver key results for products and the Dataverse Platform.
We are looking for a Sr. (Senior) Business Program Manager to join our team.
The BAS team is building a dedicated Specialist Team (ST) to help customers transition from their legacy CRM platform to Microsoft D365 + Role Based Copilots and Agents.

Responsibilities:
Design and architect a combined M365 and Role Based Copilot and Agents adoption program.
Enable partners to leverage architecture built to accelerate Copilot and Agent adoption
Assist the first few customers (while we enable partners) to implement the combined solution within 30 days of contract signature while transition to MSFT is running concurrently.
Build customer facing content
Present in front of customers
"M365 + Role Based Copilot and Agents Pilot in a Box" go live in 30 days with copilot while system of record is swapped out
Support improvements and enhancement of current processes.
Strategic support for program design.
Communicate program status and risk to stakeholders and hold them accountable to following the schedule.
Provide insights to cost-benefit analyses and the evaluation of success metrics, while leading the synthesis of data analytics to derive insights and identify risks and opportunities. Lead and influence change management processes in the organization.
Provide feedback to Product Engineering related to product gaps, feature request and direct customer asks.
Travel: Occasional travel is expected in this role.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of experience with LLMs and generative AI.
Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
