Microsoft Corporation Senior Product Marketing Manager in Redmond, Washington

Microsoft 365 Copilot is a key component to Microsoft’s commercial AI strategy, enabling customers to fuel business growth and improve employee productivity. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat adoption strategy for the CSP channel. This is a fast-paced, exciting role where there is always a new challenge. It’s a highly visible role in a space that requires the rapid development of new emerging products.

To be successful, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you should be able to define and execute successful partner marketing strategies and plans based on a solid understanding of product capabilities, product marketing goals, and CSP channel dynamics. You will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat. This will require the formulation of effective CSP go-to-market plans to drive growth and customer success across both our Small, Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-market customer segments. You will need to collaborate with a broad set of cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing Managers, Finance, sales and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven go-to-market plans that scale to thousands of partners

  • Lead the CSP adoption and change management strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

  • Represent the voice of the CSP channel to our Product Marketing Manager teams

  • Show the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new products in a constantly evolving environment

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with Generative AI

  • Experience bringing marketing programs or products to market

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
