As a Senior Finance Manager, Revenue Performance, you will operate as an experienced finance leader and be at the center of the Unified business growth, focused on the analytics, modeling, performance story-telling, and forecasting the opportunities to expand the Support footprint across Microsoft Commercial Customers. This is a highly visible role, where you partner with key stakeholders, including business leaders in CE&S and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS).

Responsibilities
Responsible for overall Revenue performance to help making critical decisions to drive business impact.
Drive executive storytelling and insights: Craft and present data-driven insights and narratives to leadership, translating complex financial and business performance data into actionable strategies that influence key business decisions and future investments.
Help influence strategic transformation and partner with Specialist Technical Unit (STU) Sales, Offerings, Go-to-Market (GTM) and MCAPS Finance on all topics related to sales.
Partner with MCAPS Finance across solution areas to understand the business direction and summarize the themes for leadership.
Build robust financial models and decision support frameworks at WW and area levels.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or Finance work experience
OR Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
