Our client, a leader in operational excellence, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting customer support delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

$70/hour + Benefit Options

What's the Job?

• Drive measurable improvements in customer support delivery operations.

• Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and performance measurement.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

• Perform root cause analysis and utilize process optimization tools.

• Document processes and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).

What's Needed?

• 8-10 years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).

• Experience in training and mentoring teams on process improvement methodologies.
