ManpowerGroup Program Manager Non Tech 2 in Redmond, Washington

Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 2 to join their team. In this role, you will partner with Quality, Data, and Software Engineering to deliver customer’s value driven solutions. You will use Studio Quality’s unique position to determine the tooling, services, and technology that need to be built, leveraged, or discarded to meet business objectives and customer needs. As a member of Studios Quality, you will also be a part of a larger community of Quality Analysts, Engineers, Leads, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists. You will have a tremendous opportunity to share, learn and level up quality for titles across all of Game Studios.

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 2

Location: Onsite - Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr

*Responsibilities *

• Review feature requests from our customers (Quality Teams)

• Engage with the customers to understand the requirements, needs, Return on Investment (ROI) and write simple specification documents

• Articulate what the problem we’re trying to solve for, who the customers/users are, when is the feature needed and why this is a problem worth solving for (ROI)

• Partner with engineering, and other domain owners to determine suitable solutions for customers 

• Groom feature backlog on Azure DevOps (ADO)

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  1. Minimum 4 years experience with product management or software development

  2. Minimum 4 years experience with Ability to identify technical needs and gaps and clearly articulate and prioritize to program stakeholders.

  3. Minimum 4 years experience with leading cross functional teams.
