Remote, should support PST Typical Day in the Role * Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this Minecraft community/ Franchise Engagement & Connections team is to develop the Minecraft video game and manage social media and community interactions. The team spends a lot of time speaking with customers in regards to feedback advocacy. * Key projects: This role will contribute to multiple upcoming activations over the next several months that involve influencers. * Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of he following, 20-30% meetings with stakeholders 30 % interacting directly with influencers 40% head down work. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 7 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Disqualifiers: Candidates missing the required skillsets will not be eligible for the role. * Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain ability to work with influencers and have experience managing social media platforms. * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1.) Minimum 7 years experience with influencers and a strong understanding of relationship management 2.) Minimum 7 years experience with a CRM, influencer management tools, and Discord is a plus 3.) Minimum 7years experience with working at both strategic and tactical levels to drive large-scale campaigns 4.) Minimum 7 years experience with project/program management and working with a workback plan and budget Hard Skills Assessments * Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: Beginning the week of 7/8/24 * Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 2 rounds, 1st a 30min prescreen with sponsor, 2nd a 30min skills assessment * Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have general preparedness prior to the assessment. Summary: The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project. Job Responsibilities: * Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. * Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. * Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. * Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. * Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. * Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage ones time. * Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. * Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. * Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Education/Experience: * Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field. *
