Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, facilitate introduction of product features, and devise initiatives to grow users and engagement. Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine potential sales of Microsoft's products or services. Develop the end-to-end user experience, product roadmap, and monitor the complete product lifecycle, which may include product definition and planning through development, release, modifications, upgrades, maintenance, and product retirement. Serve as "the voice of the customer" and assess customer satisfaction and consumer trends in order to optimize the use and effectiveness of a Microsoft product or service. May advise on methods of marketing and distribution. Requires domestic and international travel up to 25%. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more but less than 100%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or Business Management or other related degrees.
  • Experience: 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate software-related, centralized and coordinated program, product, or project management experience and/or experience in designing, developing and releasing software products or services.
  • Education or Experience in: Coordinating program development of computer software applications/systems/services from design through product release; Product Management; Business model Analysis; Azure; Azure Services; and COGS Analysis.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (V2488147.a), in Redmond, WA, is $200,299 to $230,299 per year.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?
