Job Responsibilities: * The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for data extraction and transformation, report development, data modeling, and performance optimization. * Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements to deliver high-quality visualizations and reports, focusing on automating systems and processes to develop operating efficiencies and enhance current capabilities * Look for ways to streamline report generation and provide business leaders with resources to enable informed decision making, including self-service tools that enable users to analyze data through many business dimensions with visibility to granular and historical data * Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on systems issues, across platforms and systems to ensure quick service restoration of problems. Identify and resolve data reporting issues in a timely fashion, while looking for continuous improvement opportunities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years' experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business analysis ? OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years' experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis ? OR equivalent experience. * 4+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering and Business Analytics or related field working on large scale complex programs focused on Data Integration & Analytics. * 3+ years of relevant experience with Query languages (SQL, Kusto, Cosmos, etc.). * Documented experience with creating leadership-level views to drive actionable and strategic decision making.
