Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced sales team in the health and public services sector. The role involves providing high-level administrative support, including calendar management for 2-3 GM level team members, coordinating morale events, booking domestic travel, vendor setup, budget support, hardware support, and occasional space management. You will work closely with a recently merged federal team, and your support will be crucial for various team activities and events.
Hard Skills
Minimum 8 years experience with calendaring in Outlook
Minimum 5 years experience with administrative support for large teams (100+ team members)
Minimum 5 years experience with prior experience in a large enterprise tech company
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexibility in adapting to changing business needs
Proactive time management and prioritization skills
Positive and collaborative attitude
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 40 Weekly.
Work Environment
Mostly Remote-Local - but will be onsite in Redmond, WA approximately 3 times per month
