Journeyman Electrician- Red Wing, MN
This is a full-time, hourly position based at 126 LaGrange Red Wing, MN.
Hours per week: 40 hrs. Average
Starting Pay: $39.31/hr
Duration: Full time
Hours: Day shift (7a-3:30p), Mon-Fri

Potential assignments:
Leverage NEC and your Minnesota’s Journeyman Electric License in your daily work
Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical systems and process control devices (Sensors/transmitters)
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose and propose repair solutions for electrical power, electrical control, and process control equipment
Assist in the planning, budgeting, and implementation of electrically related facility projects
Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools
Ensuring safe work around your assignments and colleagues
Ensuring compliance of ADM’s world class safety procedures
Develop and maintain proper use, care, and safety skills of all hand, power, welding, and any other tools necessary for use in the job
Ability to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, wearing a respirator
Willing and able to work weekends and holidays, on-call and overtime as needed
Being a self-starter while working independently additionally staying flexible enough to work in team settings when needed
Mentorship of fellow colleagues having a positive influence on the Red Wing culture while exhibiting a professional image at all times by maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
Maintenance of electrical safety devices (breakers, fuses, etc.)
Electrical troubleshooting and repair
Willing and able to take formal trade school courses as selected by ADM management and take such courses on a continuing basis
