Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Participates as a member of the health care team, working with professional and non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients, addressing the age of the patients served.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Current CA Physical Therapy licensure

  • CPR certification

  • 1 year experience as a physical therapist

  • Knowledge and ability to perform current physical therapy techniques

  • Knowledge of physical therapy standards procedures and principles

  • Ability to operate physical therapy equipment for patient care

  • Ability to implement practical application of knowledge

  • Ability to work independently and autonomously

  • Ability to teach and instruct patients caregivers and staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months to one year home health experience

Pay Range

$40.75 - $59.09 /hour
