Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Participates as a member of the health care team, working with professional and non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients, addressing the age of the patients served.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Current CA Physical Therapy licensure
CPR certification
1 year experience as a physical therapist
Knowledge and ability to perform current physical therapy techniques
Knowledge of physical therapy standards procedures and principles
Ability to operate physical therapy equipment for patient care
Ability to implement practical application of knowledge
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Ability to teach and instruct patients caregivers and staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months to one year home health experience
Pay Range
$40.75 - $59.09 /hour
