Job Description SummaryThe Role is for a Senior Emerging Technology Analyst, responsible for contributing to and managing Emerging Technology Programs and Projects at CW. Job Description Compensation range for this role is 100-110K

Core Responsibilities: Manage the implementation of Emerging Technology Portfolio to agreed timescales and within budget. Ensure that appropriate C&W governance, processes, and reporting standards are applied to each project. Contribute to analysis, architecture, planning, scheduling, and resourcing for the Emerging Technology Portfolio Contribute to Emerging Technology Portfolio Project Status in a timely manner in accordance with governance requirements. Contribute to Emerging Technology Financials including Budget, Forecast and Actual Partner with Change and Training Team Leads to co-ordinate change management plans, including training and communications for the Emerging Technology projects, that are consistent with the size and profile of the project. Ensure that operational risks and issues are considered and reported during the design, development, and implementation of projects within the Portfolio. Maintain regular progress meetings and continuity with the relevant business owner and Steering Committees Contribute to production of budgets, define resource requirements, and help manage dependencies or escalations. Responsibilities may vary within the range of tasks and activities described, with specific objectives being set, documented, and reviewed by the Head of Portfolio and Change Management Ensure that the projects within the Portfolio are transitioned to Business as Usual and Operational Support following a formal gate review process. Manage relationships with variety of stakeholders to influence and negotiate on schedule and deliverables where applicable. Qualifications: Degree in business, property management or technology. A minimum of five years of related technology and/ or property management experience. Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs. Experience working in a global environment. Experience working with commercial industry applications, and delivery of large programs. Blend of experience across business operations and technology, including support of enterprise change management.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
