Job Description Summary

Role is a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A, primarily responsible for supporting the PSC finance team with all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical efforts.

Role will support the Finance Manager in the continued development of best practices to identify opportunities and mitigate risks associated with a Global Technology organization undergoing significant change in a rapidly growing environment.

The role will coordinate with the Global finance teams around the world to understand and analyze consolidated financials for billing, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of actual results.

SUMMARY

The Senior Financial Analyst will work with the Project Management team to perform various forms of financial analysis. In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will support the Project Management team and the servicing of the client from an analytical perspective. This position will report to the Global Finance Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support service line by performing property level analytics, supporting pursuits, and generating reports

  • Perform various analytics unique to service line and industry, which may require varying source documents and/or modeling

Key responsibilities

Financial Analysis

  • Request necessary information from appropriate party for analysis requested and follow up as necessary

  • Collect required data inputs and make request for information, as needed, from necessary parties to complete analysis

  • Perform various analytics as requested by using industry-specific systems/tools and Microsoft Excel

  • Prepare and review analysis for review

  • Support Regional Specialists, as required, for creative interpretation of financial analysis

  • Finalize and package analysis for delivery

  • Attend strategy meetings to discuss required analysis

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated experience should include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)

  • 3-7 years’ experience in Finance field

  • Financial modeling experience

  • Commercial Real Estate or relative industry experience strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge in Excel

Competencies

  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Knowledge of financial formulas

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $72,250.00 - $85,000.00
