Description
L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will work with the Project Management Department to help with management of national signage work. We are looking for an organized and detailed individual who will be responsible for project set-up assistance, drawing review, permitting, sub-contractor research and negotiation, survey and installation job packet creation, invoicing and project close-out coordination.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Management Director on corporate procedure documentation
- Support project management team with all facets of projects in order ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget
- Work with PM and Accounting team to update monthly Work in Progress reporting and assist with collections
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment to gain a comprehensive knowledge of our project management steps, as well as, the nature of our business
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Construction Management
- 1+ years of project coordinator or project management experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Requires strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Permitting experience
- Code research experience with calling townships,cities/municipalities
