Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This role involves ensuring the proper running and cleaning of production equipment in the safe manufacture of powder coatings at our Reading/Warsaw sites. Operators may be placed in Grinding, Weigh Up, or Extrusion production areas.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of production assets and ensure they are operated safely and per established procedures, guidelines, and industry good practices.
Perform daily production, preventative maintenance, process data collection, and administration tasks as per procedures and control systems.
Report safety, quality, or other issues related to products or production processes to the Team Leader or Shift Supervisor.
Ensure all production targets are met while maintaining appropriate quality standards.
Attend and contribute to meetings.
Contribute to the investigation of HSE or quality issues.
Participate in Continuous Improvement activities & programs for HSE, Quality, ALPS, or other as assigned.
Participate in the Safety Journey and adhere to the Golden Principle to intervene and stop work if conditions or behavior are unsafe.
Promote health, safety, and environmental regulations by adhering to standards, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate, federal, state, and local requirements.
Perform other duties as required for the success of the company.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
