Job Description
We are in need of an HCM Technical Analyst . This is a full-time and is hybrid.
The HCM Technical Analyst plays a pivotal role in our client’s Human Capital Management (HCM) team. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise on our HCM platform, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of OIC and BI to design, develop, and implement integrations, customizations, and reports. This is a dynamic role requiring strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative spirit, and a dedication to driving process improvements and innovation.
What You’ll Do
Provide technical leadership and vision for the Oracle HCM platform, including OIC-based integrations and customizations
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy OIC integrations for data exchange between HCM and other systems
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using OIC and HCM reporting tools
Configure and manage security settings within the HCM platform and integrations
Stay up-to-date on the latest HCM technology trends and advancements in OIC
Mentor and guide other technical team members on best practices for HCM and OIC
Identify and document opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the HCM system
Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the HCM platform and integrations
What You’ll Need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical HCM role
Proven experience with Oracle Fusion and/or other cloud HCM systems such as UKG, Workday.
Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including designing, developing, and deploying integrations
Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting
Experience with HCM data models and configuration
SQL experience with Oracle and/or other databases such as SQL Server
Excellent understanding of data integration principles and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
