Description

Robert Half is seeking qualified applicants for a Contract Manage role with our client within the public sector.

This position is responsible for day-to-day supervision of the contractual process for non-solicited contracts, from drafting language, preparing, and reviewing contracts to negotiating and resolving all commercial, legal, and insurance issues between the contracting parties. Duties are performed with a high degree of independence under the supervision of the Director, Contracts & Procurement. This position will supervise staff, daily, including the supervision of the contractual process for agreements that are not the result of a solicitation. Work requires frequent contact with vendors and department representatives.

Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration and 10 years of relevant experience. Minimum of five years’ experience in either paralegal work or contract administration, experience should include drafting and negotiating scopes of work and contract terms and conditions. A Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
