We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Reading, Pennsylvania. The individual will play a vital role in our team, focusing on ensuring accurate billing processes in line with industry standards. This role is pivotal in handling customer inquiries, maintaining precise records, and processing customer applications efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process and record customer credit applications using various accounting software systems.

• Maintain detailed and precise customer credit records to ensure transparency and accuracy in billing processes.

• Utilize software systems such as Epic Software and EHR SYSTEM to manage and monitor customer accounts effectively.

• Display proficiency in handling Accounting Functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, showcasing excellent communication skills.

• Utilize the About Time software for efficient time and billing management.

• Answer inbound calls, providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their billing queries.

Requirements
