We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Account Specialist in READING, Pennsylvania. The role involves acting as the primary contact for clients in an unspecified industry, managing client accounts, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of interaction for clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing prompt updates.

• Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

• Respond to client calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.

• Handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure client satisfaction.

• Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.

• Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.

• Utilize strong communication skills to ensure clear and effective communication with clients.

• Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate proficiency in email communications and correspondence.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle and manage email communications efficiently

• Proficient in managing email correspondence with clients and team members
