Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one Industrial Services engineering discipline, preferably in a food-related manufacturing environment

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Responsible for ensuring optimal cost, highly efficient, quality, and sustained generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation; i.e. steam, refrigeration, water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling, and compressed air.

• Responsible for complying to industrial service regulation and ensuring successful audit (both internal and external)

• Responsible for ensuring competent maintenance management and execution of Industrial Services.

• Provide annual maintenance budget for Industrial Service. Report and track maintenance budget of industrial service. Analyze over/under spending in the area of responsibility and propose corrective actions.

• Build engineering capability in the industrial service (maintenance methodologies competencies, assist with technical training program)

• Define and adhere to standards (plans, performs and manages design, modification and improvements to industrial services plant, equipment and infrastructure. Utilising own area of competency and specialisation or with competent 3rd parties.

• Led the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance program aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimize maintenance costs as a result increasing asset intensity while ensuring the quality and safety of the products and people for the Industrial Service section.

• Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are executed with high quality and in time in the area of responsibility.

• Support to prepare and implement factory minor projects and small purchases regarding his area of responsibility.

• Program owner of Refrigeration system, Legionella management, Energy and Water, Management of Pressure Vessels and Pressure Systems, and Responsible for Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one Industrial Services engineering discipline, preferably in a food-related manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration, and ammonia experience is required

• Experience operating or supervising others who operate fired pressure systems (boilers) or other large combustion systems

• Basic knowledge of Asset maintenance

• Good knowledge of the AMM system (SAP PM module)

• Knowledge of TPM methodology is preferred.

• Good command of English
