This role will focus on CNC programming and manufacturing oversight, while ensuring Quality, Compliance, and Medical Device Manufacturing efficiency goals are achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This is not meant as an all-inclusive list but as a top-level list of duties that this person generally completes:

  • Create, maintain, and manage CNC programs for the site.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain production CNC equipment as needed.

  • Prove out new Programs and enhancements for operations efficiencies

  • Prove out new Programs and enhancements for operations efficiencies

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required .

  • Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and blueprint interpretation.

  • Technical understanding of Inspection and Measurement Equipment including; Optical Comparators, Vision Systems, Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gages, CMM’s.

  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Previous experience within a regulated manufacturing industry is preferred.

  • Experience in a CNC machining environment is preferred.

  • Experience setting up and running Haas Multigrind machines is preferred.
