We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team, capable of handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance work, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and basic plumbing and electrical work.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle repairs and maintenance of building exteriors, including roofs, windows, and doors.
• Respond to clients maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the job tasks.
• Technical certifications are a plus.
