Our University Co-Op hires play a meaningful role in improving our business. When you join our family, you will work on projects that improve your leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Cross-functional partnership provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization across all our sectors; Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Corporate/Enterprise. We offer an interactive team environment, where your capabilities and skills will be developed to build a strong career foundation.

  • Some teams may offer an extended Co-Op terms

  • Assignment may be virtual/remote, while other business critical roles will be onsite and may require relocation

  • Assignment area and work-site location will be matched to business needs

  • Full time availability (40 hours per week)

This role specifically, will support the J&J Global Supply Chain Services (Portfolio Operations & Strategy Team)

Portfolio Management & Operations

  • Support Global Supply Chain Services Portfolio Operations & Reporting

  • Power Apps Portfolio Management (Data Integrity, User Training etc.)

  • Power BI Analysis / Visualizations

  • Technology Platform Roadmap (Power Apps and/or Other)

Project Management & Support

  • Participate in the Shaping of future Next Generation Projects & Programs in support of Global Supply Chain Services strategy

Digital & Data Analytics Team Support

  • Provide Support (Coding, Dashboarding etc.) to our SC Excellence Digital Team

Qualifications

  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

  • Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or MBA.

  • Desired majors:

  • Supply Chain Management,

  • Engineering,

  • Computer/ Software / Systems Engineering

  • Materials Sciences,

  • Packaging Sciences

  • Accounting / Economics / Finance

  • Business (Management, Marketing, etc.)

  • Math (Statistics, etc.)

  • Minimum GPA of 3.4 is required

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required

  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required

  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred

  • Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results

  • Must be a self-starter who works independently while chipping in to the team goals

  • Participation in an Engineering Society is desired

  • Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired

The anticipated base pay for this position is between 22$ per hour and 51.50$ per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
