This Senior Finance Manager Role will be responsible for shaping and driving “Development for All” for Global Finance. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape Finance Talent Development globally, as well as specifically in North America through building a new North America Talent Development Forum intended to strengthen engagement in the region. The role will provide ample opportunities for exposure to Senior Leadership both within and outside of Finance.

This individual must have a passion for Talent Development, and be comfortable shaping & driving strategy in an ambiguous environment. This individual must have strong project management skills, the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, and be comfortable to autonomously collaborate with business partners across different functions.

This role will provide an opportunity to develop across a number of key Finance Skill Areas, including Strategic Talent Mindset, Agility & Innovation, Strategic Leadership, and Trusted Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• J&J Learn Finance Channel Management: shaping & driving the strategy for the Finance Channel, Curating Content as needed, leading maintenance of all Finance training content, and building metrics required to track adoption, drive insights, and inform decisions.

• Professional Certifications: managing the Professional Certification Policy (including consideration of new certifications), managing the contract for CPE Opportunities with 3 rd Party Vendor Becker

• North America Development Forum: shape and lead newly formed North America Development Forum to strengthen engagement and adoption of Development Initiatives; formulate strategy, identify and engage with key stakeholders, and define the interaction model; drive a holistic approach to communication; collaborate with counterparts in APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

• Annual GFTM-led Finance Event: Deliver one event annually for Finance focused on Development and/or Networking.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor degree is required

• An MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of finance business experience is required.

• A passion for Talent Development is required

• Candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications is required.

• Experience and proficiency in Zoom Administration is required

• Ability to shape and lead autonomously through ambiguity

• Ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required

• This position can be located in New Brunswick, NJ; Raritan, NJ; or Titusville, NJ. Travel to New Brunswick, NJ will be required as needed.
