Title: Senior Analyst/Coordinator

Location: Hybrid Role- Candidates must be local and commutable to client sites in and around Raritan, NJ, Titusville, NJ and Horsham, PA.

2-3 days a week onsite work required at one of locations

Job Description - Senior Analyst/Coordinator

The Senior Analyst/Coordinator, GCSO Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement and Transfer of Value (ToV) Operations will be responsible for the data entry and documentation of HCP engagement and transfer(s) of value, to guarantee compliance and corporate objectives. This role will be pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations and implementing applicable risk mitigation measures in a third-party managed services model.

Main Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst/Coordinator, GCSO HCP Engagement and ToV Operations will:

  • Review requests received from Business Partners and engage with them as needed to ensure all required information is available, clear and complete

  • Track submitted requests until final approval of transaction

  • Ensure HCP engagement activity requests and documentation are audit-ready, compliant with relevant policies / regulations and align with transparency reporting requirements

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency, accountability and regulatory compliance over transfer of value to HCPs

  • Support continuous improvement to increase process and system efficiency, simplicity and speed of action

  • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and compliance requirements related to HCP engagements and transfers of value to HCPs

    Qualifications

    Education

    At minimum, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, pharmaceutical, healthcare administration or relevant field.

    Minimum of five years relevant work experience with managing HCP engagement contracting and payments in the life sciences industry is required.

    Knowledge

    Requires demonstrated understanding of HCP engagements in the life sciences, pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

    Familiarity with HCP engagement technology/systems for managing engagement approvals, contracting and payments documentation. Comprehensive knowledge of the Anti-kickback statute, Sunshine Act Reporting and related laws and regulations.

    Skills and Experience

  • Strong customer service background with attention to details are required

  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion and maintain confidentiality of data involved in HCP engagement process including application of organizational policy or procedures to a variety of situations

  • Being well organized and resourceful, to oversee multiple simultaneous projects in different stages of approval

  • Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and discern matters that need to be escalated

  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong compliance focus

  • Data entry experience

  • Fast learner

  • A willingness to be hands-on, on a regular basis, and personally do whatever it takes to get the job done

  • Flexible and comfortable managing through ambiguity

  • Strong time management and project management skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

  • Is open, receptive, and self-aware. Cultural sensitivity to collaborate with colleagues outside the US and from diverse backgrounds.
