Adecco’s client is seeking a Bilingual Sales & Billing Representative to join their team in Rapid City, SD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and develop relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Provide excellent customer service through inbound calls, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

  • Use sales tools and techniques to cross-sell and offer extended service contracts.

  • Actively listen to customers’ needs and concerns to provide tailored solutions and ensure they feel valued.

  • Resolve questions, manage existing customer contracts, and conduct file maintenance.

  • Navigate multiple software programs for information gathering, troubleshooting, and transaction processing.

  • Strive to meet and exceed departmental metrics and business goals.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a professional and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.

· Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours a week between 6:00 AM MST and 6:00 PM MST.

· Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities.

· Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Must be bilingual with fluency in Spanish and English.

Note:

This role is On-site; thus, open to candidates in/around/near Rapid City, SD.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
