Assist with running Spa operation in smooth, professional manner by providing guests and team members with excellent customer service and warm hospitality at all times, ensuringa highly service-driven environment with strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality.

Maximizing spa & wellness revenue through professional retail sales, guest booking & re-booking, therapist, promote and performing wellness treatment, which includes consultation, nutrition plan, any of physical activity may relevant and various yoga activities and includes room occupancy through efficient bookings. Providing guests with excellent knowledge of all spa, wellness and retail products. Ensuring that guest’s experience at the Spa is memorable at all time

What will you be doing?

As the Spa & Wellness Specialist, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Profitability

  • Develops an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads its execution
  • Facilitates the preparation of hotel budgets and forecasts for corporate submission and approvals
  • Ensures capital expenditure funds are being used to address the priorities outlined in the service strategy.
  • Ensures accurate forecasting, predicting potential highs and lows in business and initiate necessary changes, analyses variances and initiate appropriate action plans

Spa Operations

Spa Role

· Set up Spa Reception Area and Tea Bar, computers and other related equipment for daily operations of the spa reception according to standard

· Makes, reconfirms and verifies guest bookings

· Provide service promptly, courteously and accurately

· Participates in the sale and up selling of treatment and retail products ensuring monthly target is achieved

· Ensures retail is offered appropriately to the guests

· Participates in the sales call

· To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, and always clearly communicating with both guests and colleagues

·To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new knowledge in order to improve your personal performance.

·To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any task requested of you.

·To maintain high Team focus by showing co-operations and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals

Wellness Specialist Role

·To perform and conduct lifestyle management consultation for all guests to identifying guest needs

·To deliver different a variety of treatments (Ayurveda treatment, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Crystal Healing, Reiki any form of Yoga & meditation and therapeutic massage) in a safe and comfortable manner.

·Possess a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills, intuitively recommends and effectively up sell treatments, packages and retail item in a personalized manner.

·Handle guest interaction with highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special request whenever possible, meticulously respects guests needs for privacy, take ownership of guest concerns requests and act decisively to ensure guests satisfaction when glitches occur

·Has a thorough understanding of all services including benefits, indication & contra indications for each of treatments, applies professional product safely and accurately

·Set up and maintains spa treatment rooms in an immaculate manner; maintains stock of operation and guest supplies in the work areas

· Studies and evaluates operations and procedures and suggest for improvements to the management

· Working closely with Spa Director on recommendation to enhance wellness program

General Role

· To maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times by adhering to the Conrad Maldives

· Managed appointment and schedule and optimize therapists productivity

·To ensure that the CONRAD Brand Standards are fully implemented and demonstrated by all member of the team

·To fully embrace the values of Hilton Worldwide and CONRAD Hotels and Resorts

·To be fully familiar with the CONRAD Brand Standard and the Quality of Assurance Audit and to follow these standards of service at all times.

·Undertake any ad-hock projects assigned by the Management

Operations

  • To keep up-to-date with the SALT (Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking) results and to seek to positively influence these results by following the CONRAD Brand Standards.
  • Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality, creativity, range and value for money throughout the Resort in all facilities & services.
  • Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees and provides a return on investment.
  • Champions the brand’s service vision for product and service delivery and ensuring alignment among the property leadership team.
  • Identifies and analyses operational challenges and facilitates the development of solutions to preventre occurrence.
  • Ensure team member feedback is followed up, dealt with appropriately, and shared with the team regularly
  • Ensure appropriate actions are executed to support any improvements resulting from Safety, QA audits or Area Support Team input
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and achieve Health and Safety targets and shares best practice across the organization

  • Utilizes an “open door” policy to identify and address team member problems or concerns
  • Fosters team member commitment to providing excellent service, participating in daily briefing meetings and models desired service behaviors in all interactions with guest and team members

A Spa& Wellness Expertserving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

·Minimum 2 years in a similar role within hospitality industry

·A Bachelor’s degree in physical education

·Knowledge of spa & wellness operations and service flow

·Guest Service, guest retention Oriented

·Proficient in computer systems, MS Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, Publisher

·Excellent leadership skills

·Exceptional communication skills
